Unfortunately we can not accept returns on our products due to the nature of our products Once opened from packaging these products can no longer be re-sold if you are wanting a return. However unless the product has arrived damaged we will allow up to 14 days to issue a return on your item.
If you would like to return a product, the package must come back in either the original packaging or a sealed padded envelope unused or damaged with also the receipt or proof or purchase. We also do not accept re-funds but if we believe there is a problem we will allow discount to your next order as a thank you for your patience.

SHIPPING:
We aim to ship your nail supplies within 3-5 days from your order being processed. For any international orders it could take a bit longer depending on the time difference.
We allow all customers to have the right to cancel their orders before dispatch. Once it has been sent out on dispatch it is too late to process to the cancelation as it is simply out of our hands at that point.
Once the order is submitted and paid for we unfortunately can not ament the order or add to add with it affecting the weight of the parcel and pricing.
The shipping cost will be based on the weight of the product and at first will be sent with Royal Mail. Please take into consideration that orders may take more time to deliver due to Covid-19 so please order your goods in plenty of time especially before big holidays such as Christmas.
If the item you have purchased is no longer in stock after you have paid we will send you an email to notify as soon as possible and will let you know once it come back in stock.
With Brexit and Covid-19 shipping is never always guaranteed to be on time.
Should you have any missing or damaged items from your order this would been to be reported within 24-48 hours of you receiving your order.
